This project was commissioned by the wonderful Itzá Store. They dream of sharing and celebrating the beauty of Guatemala.

These beautiful creatures are emblematic of the Northern region of Guatemala, Petén. Amongst other wildlife they live within the thick natural habitat that is the jungle.

Process
This subject matter is close to my heart and bringing it to life was an honor. When coming up with the design for the posters I knew I wanted to create something iconographic and captivating.
Through the use of the animal’s shape language and chosen colors, there’s a fun conversation happening on the page.
