I believe that there’s a story behind every cup; from the hands that carefully harvest it, to the barista that pours it in the cup.
The Pacamara coffee bean is an excellent variety from the Arabica Family. I wanted to highlight the notes of this specific bean from the Huehuetenango Region. It has a clean sweetness, while also bursting with tropical fruit flavors.
