Process

This was such a special project for me, because I remember that as a kid I would look at The New Yorker covers and be mesmerized by their vibrancy and artistic prowess.

Although this is not really commissioned or published on the magazine, it’s a great exercise in creativity.

Thumbnails: it was hard for me to choose from these, as I had a lot of ideas for the same concepts.
This was another iteration for the cover and although I did not end up choosing it, it has become a turning point in my stylistic voice.
